Welcome to our Employee Portal. For new hires and prospective employees, please navigate the entire site to understand some of your requirements prior to starting work.

Please Note: That all new hires must complete the Orientation, watch the Safety Videos and complete each quiz, review the Tool Lists, and obtain training as outlined in the Training Requirements section PRIOR to starting work.

  • Employee Information Form & Direct Deposit Authorization Form (2 pages total - this is a fillable pdf document)
  • Please also submit a voided cheque with the signed Direct Deposit Authorization form listed above. Most online banking platforms allow you to "download/print" a voided cheque for your bank account from your personal banking website.

SUBMITTING YOUR FORMS

Completed forms can be placed in an envelope and handed into your foreman, mailed to our main office or securely uploaded via the link below. Prior to uploading your file please name it by lastname, first name and corresponding number. For example "smithjohn1.pdf", "smithjohn2.pdf" etc.

NOTE: ANY FORM REQUIRING A CHANGE TO FINANCIAL INFORMATION WILL REQUIRE A HAND WRITTEN SIGNATURE. FORMS MISSING SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Forms can be filled out/completed digitally first, saved, then printed and signed by hand. Please note that forms which indicate changes to financial information without a hand written signature will not be accepted.
